Robert’s approach is built on three decades of leadership experience, including strategic roles at major brands like Air Canada, Ubisoft, and Fairstone. This corporate insight is balanced by his firsthand entrepreneurial experience as a founder who built and scaled e-commerce businesses from the ground up. This unique blend of corporate and “in-the-trenches” knowledge forms the foundation of the proven frameworks he now applies to help businesses achieve sustainable growth.

An advocate for community and collaboration, he also founded Fractional Pros Canada, the country’s first dedicated community for Canadian fractional executives.
