- For a Professional Services firm, Dawn led the marketing department where she built and executed customer-acquisition and full-funnel demand generation across more than ten industry verticals, advised executive stakeholders on go-to-market and sales enablement, and managed a high-performing team of thirteen geography/vertical marketers in major markets (NYC, Chicago, Boston).
- She developed differentiated brand, content, and market strategies for a ~$500M region, stewarded a $3M+ budget, optimized digital and media spend (PPC/PPI) for ROI, and collaborated with domestic and international leaders across service lines, products, and innovation.
- For a Global Electronics Distributor, Dawn led the largest computer-hardware product line where she owned P&L, set the channel-partner marketing strategy (including SaaS/services), and acted as brand thought leader to drive new business, account acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Grew product line 9% YoY within channel partners and captured +4 pts of market share.
- Created/managed 100+ partner programs, generating ~$22M in incremental revenue.
- Increased subscription-services revenue by ~15% annually (firm-leading performance).
