Moreover, as the head of the US division for the company’s media and analytics agency, Erin championed advanced data-driven services and product offerings. Under her guidance, the agency’s transparent, identity-based approach to insights and activation thrived, while overseeing a team of over 900 employees across six offices and coordinating global agency initiatives.

As the Chief Digital Marketing Officer for San Francisco based Mode Media (formerly Glam Media) she led all global marketing efforts for a precursor of programmatic ad network, worked with high profile bloggers and influencers to develop innovative programs for global marketers working on hubs in the UK, Brussels, Singapore, Sao Paolo and Gurgaon.
