With a degree in Marketing, Fanny has experience in digital marketing, lead generation and business operations. She monitors yorCMO’s end-user feedback, process changes, and systems development efforts to facilitate continuing improvement of training and documentation.
Her primary focus is to improve operational processes, manage resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services for our clients and internal team. She develops and implements operational strategies to support yorCMO’s goals and objectives aligning operational initiatives with the company’s strategic plan.
