Meet Flor
Flor is a dedicated communications and marketing expert who takes a collaborative approach, working with teams to focus on key objectives and unlock the full potential of creative projects, set clear goals, and achieve outstanding results. With experience in media, public affairs, and policy, she has successfully led diverse projects across private, commercial, and government sectors.
She then took on roles as an outreach coordinator for a prominent think tank in Mexico and has worked as Communications Director for both federal and state governments. She also teaches marketing and intercultural communication at the university level.
As yorCMO she serves as the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. Her focus is on building strategic partnerships that align vision with execution—connecting organizations, stakeholders, and communities to deliver measurable results.
