As the VP of Marketing for a senior engagement technology enterprise, she established the company’s first true marketing department while executing a rebrand. Defined and scaled B2B marketing demand funnel strategy to engage, nurture, and retain senior living partners. Created Orchestrated a three-month event marketing strategy for participation in more than 100 B2B events annually delivering $1.6M in sales pipeline.

Additionally, she achieved a 187% increase in marketing-generated SQLs and a 566% increase in inbound marketing leads within one year of establishing and scaling a comprehensive lead generation function. Allison also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for a B2B SaaS multinational company where, among other achievements, she led three rebranding/brand refresh efforts,  increased MQLs by 36% and pipeline by 24% YoY and grew web-generated sales leads by 70% .
